The Team of the Month for September 2025 has been awarded to Chay Johnson and Harvey Lougheed who work on our LPN Bidder Street New Connections team.
Whilst en route to a job they noticed a link box cover with its lid misplaced. It was located in a busy thoroughfare and school run with children walking past so they parked-up. Closer inspection revealed that the link box had blown up so they proceeded to make it safe with cones and barriers then reported to UKPN via the airline procedure. They stayed on site until a faults response team arrived.
