March’s Team of the Month has been awarded to Paul Thomas & Joe Stead. Paul & Joe are a small services team based out of Bedford EPN North. Feedback from the tenant of a barn where Paul and Joe managed a power supply relocation, which was forwarded to us by UK Power Networks, said:
“I’ve been hugely impressed with the professionalism and quality of the people I’ve interacted with. Everyone has been a thorough pleasure to work with and have ensured that everything has worked on time and as promised. The dig team, of Paul and his colleague were polite, tidy and very professional and took care to dig around our drainage without damage.
“The responsibility and pride all the team showed with their part of the process, as well as a genuine care to do a good job was very impressive. If you could pass on my appreciation to the team that would be much appreciated. It’s genuinely a pleasure to see a large organisation to have such excellent employees and they’re all a credit to your business and your contractors.”
