Our first Team of the Month for 2024 has been awarded to Adam Went and Jay Stead following glowing feedback from a resident after works at his property in the Bedford area for UKPN.
During an after-care courtesy call by our Customer Services rep the resident said he was very impressed with Falco’s team and that their work had exceeded his expectations. In particular he praised their communication (specifically a straightforward explanation of the works) and the level of reinstatement following excavation of part of his garden. The resident gave Adam and Jay’s work a customer satisfaction score of 10 out of 10.
