Falco operatives Arthur Ankera and Aaron Brown have been awarded special recognition for continuously delivering in challenging conditions and exceeding expectations. The team were presented with this accolade by Powercare’s Simon Brown after receiving excellent feedback from the client.
Vicky Steed, Area Manager for Powercare’s EPN Network Operations commented:
“Both Arthur and Aaron continually demonstrated quality and commitment on this high-profile job in Norwich City Centre. It was an awkward job in a very busy location which involved liaising with the public and other stakeholders. They were able to maintain a safe and compliant work site throughout and received just one complaint, which was no fault of anyone on site.
Arthur in particular is very conscientious, always keeping the agent the up-to-date with the progress of the job and often going the extra mile such as working out-of-hours on numerous occasions to keep the job moving.
Arthur and Aaron are hard-working, polite, a credit to Falco and I am proud to have them as part of my excavation work force for UK Power Networks.”
