In August 2022 Falco became an official partner of London Irish rugby club. The two-year sponsorship arrangement  saw Falco become the club’s official App Partner. The App in question was launched in 2021 to provide supporters with access to latest news, clips, tickets and merchandise direct to their desktops and phones.

Under the deal, Falco’s branding features across the London Irish App as well as a 30-sec promotional video shown on the matchday TV channel at the ground.

So why London Irish? Well, our Managing Director, Brendan Griffin, has been an Exiles-fan for over 20 years, is very proud of his Irish heritage and enjoys the synergy the deal provides:

“Sponsoring the London Irish App is a fantastic vehicle for us to raise awareness and recognition of the Falco brand and reflects our own commitment to adopting state-of-the-art digital technology to streamline our services across the capital and beyond,” he said.

Also, Brendan’s association with the club reveals that many of its supporters and visitors include representatives from clients and contractors in the utilities and construction sector – the very people we target for business development. Hence building visibility and recognition of the Falco brand via the App and matchday experience will help maintain and raise awareness of the company and our services and ultimately strengthen our business development.
