We are pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Parcell as Managing Director.
Following several recent multi-million pound contract awards, Falco is entering new phase of growth. As our operations continue to expand across the utilities sector, we are strengthening our leadership team to support the scale and opportunity ahead.
Kevin joins Falco from M Group Water, where he spent six years leading major infrastructure frameworks across the Southern region, delivering programmes for clients including Thames Water, Anglian Water, South West Water and Southern Water in his role as Area Director. With more than 30 years’ experience across the utilities and infrastructure sector, Kevin brings significant leadership experience and a strong track record in delivering major programmes and developing high-performing teams.
As Managing Director of Falco, Kevin will have overall accountability for the company’s strategic leadership, operational performance, and sustainable growth. He will lead the development and implementation of the company’s corporate strategy, driving business growth through expansion of the client base, securing new frameworks, and strengthening relationships with key water and power sector clients. Kevin’s appointment further strengthens Falco’s leadership capability as the business continues to scale and support its growing portfolio of work.
Founded in 2004 by Brendan Griffin, Falco transitioned to employee ownership in 2021, securing the long-term future of the business and creating a structure that allows our people to share in the success of the company they help build. Since then, the business has continued to evolve expanding its team, strengthening client relationships and increasing the scale of its operations.
Alongside this appointment, Brendan Griffin will transition into the role of Chairman, stepping back from day‑to‑day operations while remaining involved in the strategic development of the business he founded in 2004 and transitioned to employee ownership in 2021. Brendan commented: “I have no doubt that the company’s future development is in very safe hands.”
