Background

Kevin has over 30 years’ experience as a manager and leader in the construction industry working in partnerships, joint ventures as well as traditional contracting environments covering telecoms, rail, clean and wastewater, infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects.

He joined Falco in January 2026 following 6 years as Area Director of MGroup Water where he was responsible for overseeing a number of frameworks in the Southern Region for various clients including HS2, Thames Water, Anglian Water, South West Water and Southern Water.

Previously he had spent 14 years with Galliford Try Infrastructure working for various water companies across the south region covering positions as Contract Manager, Programme Manager and Contract Director. Kevin headed up MGJV a joint venture between Galliford Try and Morrison Utility Services, successfully delivering Thames Waters AMP5 Capital Programme in South London and then on to  delivering Southern Water AMP6 and AMP7 Infrastructure programme. Kevin’s career in construction  started with McNicholas Construction in 1994 before joining May Gurney and then Galliford Try (formerly Morrison Construction Ltd) as Contract Manager.

Responsibilities

As Managing Director of Falco, Kevin has overall accountability for the company’s strategic leadership, operational performance, and sustainable growth. He is responsible for setting and delivering the company’s long-term vision, ensuring that Falco operates with clear direction, strong governance, and a culture aligned to its core values and behaviours.

In his role as MD, he is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of corporate policy and procedures as well as Falco’s integrated health, safety, quality and environmental management system. Other roles include expansion of the corporate client base and procurement of new work.

Kevin takes a particular interest in effective communication, developing people, quality and performance, good teamwork and collaboration amongst his own and the client’s staff to facilitate the efficient delivery of frameworks and other contracts. Another key remit is the development of Falco’s ESG credentials ensuring the company achieves its net zero target (by 2035) and implements its commitments to deliver social value and sustainability.
