Coral joined Falco in June 2016 as an Office Manager providing administrative support for the quality assurance discipline as well as general tasks such as invoicing, purchasing and frontline communications.
Her eight-year career is notable for customer interaction in both front and back office roles.
After a brief spell as a Sales Assistant for Matalan Coral had spells as a call centre agent and client coordinator before joining Addison Lee’s customer centre in 2015. Her duties included telesales, processing customer comms using a variety of channels from tel/email to web applications such as Salesforce and social media
In her dual role Coral is responsible for a variety of tasks and back-office activities to support the company’s operational function. On the commercial side this includes: weekly application/invoicing to the client as well as assisting senior commercial team to complete monthly CVR’S and cost reporting.
In terms of quality assurance she is tasked with collating and processing data from KPI reporting, monitoring/updating Falco’s various accreditations and licences, processing internal audit reports and subcontractor management.
