Excavation Team Leader Matt O’Sullivan has been given a Special Recognition Award to acknowledge his commitment to health & safety reporting.
Matt, who has worked as a ganger on our UK Power Networks contract for over seven years, is an ambassador for Falco’s campaign to encourage hazard and near miss reporting from site. He has personally reported over 100 near misses which have included identifying shallow utility assets and potential environmental hazards including asbestos within excavations. This detailed feedback from site enables our HSQE Department to better record, identify and therefore manage hazards and risks within the work zone.
